A rich color palette of marigolds and robin’s egg blue! Floral wallpaper! Those ornate costumes! Miranda Hart! Hands! Tears! A shock of blood! “If I loved you less, I might be able to talk about it more”!!! I FINALLY got to see this film and it was an absolute joy to watch such a spirited, and playful, take on the classic Austen tale.
